The Flora Toner is designed to gently tone skin, hydrate and soothe.  Witch hazel is a mild astringent helping to tighten and constrict pores while Jojoba oil works to provide skin with deep moisture by locking in hydration.  Rose water restores PH balance and improves hydration levels for plump, supple skin. Makes an amazing primer or setting spray giving a dewy glow over makeup or nude skin!
