For the jar, apply a pea sized amount with clean fingers or a small scooper. For the stick, this is a dabbing kind of deal, as this formula is softer than regular sticks. 1-2 dabs. 

We suggest repurposing your glass jar, or recycling curb-side. The cardboard packaging on the outside of the stick is compostable, while the 100% post consumer recycled plastic can be recycled curb-side.
